Region II Resource Library

Welcome to the US Youth Soccer Region II Resource Library.

The library is a compilation of usable documents for state association affiliates – clubs, leagues, associations – to help you start and operate your local organizations. The material is not copyrighted and you may copy it for your use. We encourage you to use the material but we also encourage you to revise it as necessary. Each organization may have its own vision and direction that will need to be addressed in your final documents. Also be aware that there may be state association rules/policies and State laws that come into play when creating and operating your local organization. Please make sure you seek state association and legal advice to help you meet in their requirements.
