Power Snacks Recipes |

Basic/Original Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease or spray 8x8 baking pan.
What you need:
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp water
- M&J's Power Cranberry or Chocolate Chip Power Snacks mix.
What you do:
Mix applesauce, oil and water with M&J's Power Snacks mix. Blend until moist
and uniform and bake for 28 - 30 min. Let cool and cut into 9 squares.
No-Oil Yogurt/Applesauce Bars
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease or spray 8x8 baking pan.
What you need:
- 2/3 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
What you do:
Mix yogurt, applesauce and M&J's Power Snacks mix. Blend until moist and
uniform and bake for 30-35 min. Let cool and cut into 9 squares.
Protein Plus Power Snacks
Add 1 scoop (about 3 tbsps) whey protein powder and 1 extra tbsp water to basic
recipe. Enjoy!
Nutty Power Snacks
Add 1/3 cup chopped nuts to basic recipe. Walnuts, Pecans, or Cashews are
delicious!
Fruity Power Snacks
Add 1/3 chopped dried fruits to basic recipe. Try cranberries, raisins,
apricots, or blueberries!
Easy Buttermilk Bakes
Add 1 cup buttermilk to power snacks mix. Blend until moist and uniform, bake
for 28-30 min, let cool and enjoy! |
