The Kentucky Youth Soccer Administrator of the Year Award was designed to recognize excellence and outstanding achievements of administrators by honoring their extraordinary accomplishments.  The size and scope of youth soccer programs across the state grows with each year, and the need for administration of those programs has expanded.  There are both volunteer and paid administrators at all levels of youth soccer.  Administration includes all aspects of the "paperwork" of youth soccer.  This is not an award for the specialist who is dedicated to field assignments or solicitation of local sponsors for teams, this award is for those who put the parts together.  In some associations this is a paid person, part-time, or full-time.

Kentucky Youth Soccer Volunteer of the year award winners advance to be considered for US Youth Soccer Region II and National Volunteer Awards.
