Application process will not be complete until you have submitted your entry fee and team roster, signed by the coach and club registrar, to the state office.

Processing your application may take several minutes or more if the internet is experiencing heavy traffic. 

Please do not hit the submit button more than once or your credit card will be charged for each click. 

If you do not received a response after clicking the submit button, please  view the list of Entries from the main page to see if your application was processed. If you still do not see your team listed, contact StateOffice@KYSoccer.net.
